Welcome to Winnie’s Wags. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website https://winnieswags.co.uk. By using our site and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Winnie’s Wags is a UK-based small business specialising in handmade, personalised pet tags and accessories.

2. Products & Customisation
All items are custom-made to your specifications. Please double-check all spelling, colour choices, and sizing information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for mistakes provided by the customer.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£). We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify Payments and supported methods.

4. Shipping & Dispatch
All orders are handmade and typically dispatched within 2-4 weeks of purchase. This timeframe may vary during busy periods or when we are on annual leave. Any changes will be clearly communicated via our website or email.
Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. We are not responsible for postal delays.

5. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds — unless:
- The item arrives damaged or faulty
- An error was made by us in personalisation

If there’s an issue, please contact us within >7 days of delivery with photos of the problem. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After that point, production may have begun, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, and imagery on this website are the property of Winnie’s Wags. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Injury caused by chewing of tags
Delays caused by postal or courier services
Incorrect personalisation information provided by the customer
Any indirect or consequential losses

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
