<h3>2. Products & Customisation</h3>
<p>All items are custom-made to your specifications. <strong>Please double-check all spelling, colour choices, and sizing information</strong> before submitting your order. We are not responsible for mistakes provided by the customer.</p>
<h3>3. Prices & Payment</h3>
<ul>
<li>All prices are in GBP (£).</li>
<li>We are <strong>not VAT-registered</strong>, so no VAT is charged.</li>
<li>Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify Payments and supported methods.</li>
</ul>
<h3>4. Shipping & Dispatch</h3>
<p>All orders are handmade and typically dispatched within <strong>2 weeks</strong> of purchase. This timeframe may vary during busy periods or when we are on annual leave. Any changes will be clearly communicated via our website or email.</p>
<p>Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. We are not responsible for postal delays.</p>
<h3>5. Returns & Refunds</h3>
<p>Because our products are <strong>custom-made</strong>, we do <strong>not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds</strong> — unless:</p>

<li>The item arrives damaged or faulty</li>
<li>An error was made by us in personalisation</li>
</ul>
<p>If there’s an issue, please contact us within <strong>7 days</strong> of delivery with photos of the problem. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.</p>
<h3>6. Order Cancellations</h3>
<p>You may cancel your order within <strong>1 hour</strong> of purchase. After that point, production may have begun, and cancellations may no longer be possible.</p>
<h3>7. Intellectual Property</h3>
<p>All content, product designs, and imagery on this website are the property of Winnie’s Wags. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.</p>
<h3>8. Limitation of Liability</h3>
<p>We are not liable for:</p>

<li>Incorrect personalisation information provided by the customer</li>
<li>Any indirect or consequential losses</li>
