Processing Time

All of our products are handmade and personalised. As a result, we kindly ask for a processing time of up to 2 weeks before dispatch. This allows time to create each item with care and attention to detail.

Please note: This time may vary during busy periods or when we are on annual leave. We’ll always aim to notify customers in advance via our website or social media.

Delivery & Shipping Times

  • Once your item has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • UK orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International delivery times may range from 1–4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any changes to fees or delivery methods will be shown before completing your order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided if your chosen shipping option includes tracking. Standard or economy delivery services may not include tracking unless specified.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
